- Regional infrastructure projects that create lasting benefits

Who’s behind it?
Grassroots is led by Barry Walden and Joey Birch; two leaders committed to making a real impact, not just ticking boxes.
Barry leads the way in North Queensland, with a strong focus on culture, community priorities, and what’s needed on the ground.
Joey brings over 17 years of experience in employment, infrastructure, and workforce development across metro and regional Australia.
Together, they’re building something real—with mob, for mob.
